How long do I have to ship back my old core? (old engine).
A:
You have a full 30 days to ship back your old engine upon delivery of your new engine.
   
Q:
After I pay for the engine, how long can I expect the engine to arrive?
A:
After the payment for the Core Deposit is made there is a handeling time that can vary between 2-7 business days. Once the engine leaves our facility it should take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the engine to arrive. (International Orders can vary depending on Custom's clearing process and what country the engine is being shipped to.)

How are the engines shipped?
A:
Through a freight trucking company which delivers all over the world.
   
Q:
If my core (old engine) is not rebuildable, what should I do?
A:
Please contact our service manager at (323) 487-0353. He will guide you on what to do and whether or not to send your engine.

If I am looking for an engine not listed on the website, could you rebuilt it for me?
A:
Of course, if there is an engine not listed on our site that our customers need rebuilt, please provide us with the manufacturer and model of the engine, and we will let you know what the final price of the engine will cost you.

What parts are included within the engines being sold?
A:
We refer to our engines as complete longblocks. These complete longblocks include everything from New pistons, New piston rings, New rod bearings, New main bearings, New wrist pin bushings, New thrust bearings, New rear main seal, New frost plugs, and on various engines New Oil Pumps.
   
Q:
What constitutes a rebuildable core engine?
A:
A rebuildable core should be free of any cracks or holes in the head or block. The internal parts such as the camshafts, crankshafts, valves, and ect. should be in normal wear condition.
   
Q:
Will I receive a partial refund if there are parts of my core that are rebuildable?
A:
Yes, The technicians at ES Engines.com inspect core engines thoroughly for any parts that are rebuildable. A check will be made in reference to the condition of your rebuildable parts.
